- Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the Lafayette County Clerk at 386-294-1600
- Police and incident reports: request the record from the agency that created it; LCSO accepts requests at records@lafayetteso.org
- Florida criminal-history records: contact the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Division of Criminal Justice Information Services
- Official Florida checks: use the FDLE State of Florida Criminal History Record Check or the authorized fingerprint route for the stated purpose
- Expunction and sealing: obtain the disposition from the Clerk and file through the court that handled the case
