For LCSO reports and booking material, contact the Lafayette County Sheriff's Office, 231 NW Monroe Avenue, Mayo, FL 32066, 386-294-1222. The counter is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and closes from noon to 1 p.m. Requests may also be mailed to PO Box 227, Mayo, FL 32066.

Circuit and County Court files are held by the Lafayette County Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller, 120 West Main Street, Mayo, FL 32066, 386-294-1600. Public hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern, and mail goes to PO Box 88, Mayo, FL 32066.
