This is a private reference site with no government connection. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve records, perform official checks, or submit documents for a visitor.

Its information points toward the Lafayette County Sheriff's Office, the Circuit and County Courts, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement repository, and the Florida Sexual Offender and Predator Registry. Some pages also connect visitors with third-party research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Florida Sexual Offender and Predator Registry data is supplied for lawful public-safety awareness, never vigilantism or retaliation. Section 775.21, Florida Statutes, prohibits knowingly presenting materially altered registry information as an official public record. Do not confront or target a registrant.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules
