It publishes general directions to the Lafayette County Sheriff's Office, the Circuit and County Courts, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement repository, and the Florida Sexual Offender and Predator Registry. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor data is not compiled into consumer reports or third-party criminal records.

Outside companies operate the search boxes displayed here. A partner's privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices govern information entered into its tool. We do not control those choices. Read the applicable provider policy before submitting a query.

Links may lead to the Lafayette County Sheriff, the Lafayette Clerk, FDLE, legal-aid resources, and outside search services. Once you follow a link away from this site, the destination's privacy policy controls. Review it before providing personal information.
Some advertising providers may track activity across websites to select targeted ads. That processing occurs on their systems rather than ours.
